What areas do you serve?

We provide full-service catering across the High Country and Appalachian Highlands (the Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia mountains), including Boone, NC; Banner Elk, NC; Lenoir, NC; Asheville, NC; Abingdon, VA; Johnson City, TN; Elizabethton, TN; Jonesborough, TN; and surrounding High Country and Appalachian Highlands communities.

Do you provide plates, utensils, and place settings?

Yes. Plate, utensil, and place setting rentals, including dinnerware and drinkware, are included in our full-service package, along with food tables, stations, a dessert table, and complete set-up and breakdown. You never need a second rental vendor.

What types of food service do you offer?

We offer buffet, European-style dinners, family style, interactive food stations, and passed hors d'oeuvres.

Do you offer custom menus and tastings?

Yes. Every menu is fully customizable, and nothing is pre-packaged. Our full-service process begins with a menu consultation and creation, a private tasting of your menu, and a clear, detailed contract.
